08
Engineered an automotive security layer integrating edge computer vision and biometric scanning directly with the vehicle's CAN bus network.
01 — Automotive Network Integration
Developed an embedded authentication system to mitigate relay attacks on keyless entry systems. The architecture utilized an Arduino Portenta H7 communicating over UART to coordinate an OAK-D spatial AI camera and a fingerprint scanner. The microcontroller interfaces directly with the vehicle's Controller Area Network (CAN) bus, physically gating ignition sequences until multivariable biometric verification is achieved. This highlights proficiency in embedded security, automotive protocols, and edge AI integration.
